After a successful HR career, working in senior roles at American Express, Mazars, ABN Amro, Charterhouse and the Environment Agency, Ruth spotted a need for an independent HR consultancy, offering flexible human resources support to fast-growing and highly-successful entrepreneurial businesses.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Ruth also holds qualifications in coaching, HR auditing and in applying advanced psychometric tools.
Ruth’s specialist interest is in team and individual performance enhancement and she regularly contributes to Moneywise Magazine and BBC Radio Gloucestershire on a variety of HR subjects.
Prior to joining Amelore, Katy developed strong, hands-on HR expertise working for blue chip companies, including General Electric, Shell and Ernst & Young, as well as a number of smaller organisations.
Katy specialises in HR audits, investigations, recruitment, employee relations and training. She’s qualified to use a range of personality tools to enhance individual and team performance. A number of our clients have seen a significant improvement in culture and employee engagement since working with Katy.
Hanrie had a very successful career as Head of Operations with Doherty Baines before moving into HR, so her appreciation of the people issues involved in running a large business are firmly based on experience.
Now a high-performing HR Consultant, Hanrie leads many of our HR projects, contributes to HR audits and supports our HR Helpdesk
Following a distinguished career at Lloyds Bank and Nationwide Building Society, Julie moved into HR consultancy, working largely for SMEs.
With thirty years’ specialist experience in employee relations, Julie now provides support and training to employers with complex people management and policy issues.
Christina has led pay reviews, carried out salary benchmarking, introduced and reviewed employee benefit schemes and managed reward policies for household names, including PepsiCo and Wolseley UK.
Since moving into HR consultancy, Christina’s helped companies from a range of industries to review salaries and benefits, benchmarking to similar organisations and roles and making sure that reviews are carried out fairly and equitably. She’s also created systems to attract and retain staff, with outstanding results.
Guy has a background in Sales, Operations, Advertising and Logistics and this experience helps keep the company running smoothly, focusing on the back-office functions such as IT and finance that help Amelore continue to run a successful, diverse consultancy.
Formerly an HR and Executive Assistant with Nestle, Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young, Alex joined Amelore a year ago to support our growing business, keeping us efficient, organised and on track. She’s developed a reputation for keeping things simple and she’s found ways for us all to work smartly during rapid business growth.
