We are Amelore — founded by Ruth Cornish, an award-winning leading HR professional and HR thought leader who, after a successful career in senior HR roles, wanted to bring positive change into HR and launched an independent HR consultancy that offers tailored, creative approaches to challenges driven by organisational change; in parallel to offering flexible human resources support to fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses with aspirations to succeed.

Our name ‘AMELORE’ has been developed from the words AMELIORATION (to better or improve) and LORE (to build up knowledge) which in combination describes our attitude to deliver to clients perfectly — and this attitude still defines how Amelore works.
