The brief

Our client wanted a CMO to take the business to the next level. The specialist retail head-hunter they were using hadn’t delivered any candidate worthy of second stage interviews.

What we did

We carried out a gap analysis of the capability of the CEO and C-suite. We looked at the candidates fielded by the head-hunter and decided to openly advertise the role. The ad attracted a range of candidates who were drawn by the strength of the brand.

The outcome

After a rigorous selection process, the role was offered to an outstanding CMO with a background in media.
