Media Agency with a turnover of £5 million and 45 staff

The brief

The client had a traditional performance assessment process, but recognised that it wasn’t appropriate for a 21st century workforce.

The process

We carried out a culture and management audit. We then designed an approach where the focus moved from appraising to ameliorating performance.

The outcome

Employees created a presentation for the SMT on their achievements and focus for the year ahead. This was greeted very positively.
