Luxury jewellery retailer with a turnover of £30 million and 80 staff
This successful business was run entirely by the CEO/ founder and her sister, the COO. They wanted to understand how they could create space for strategic thinking and how they could scale up the business.
We conducted the Amelore culture audit and carried out personality profiling of senior leaders. Together, we helped leaders to develop company purpose, values and core competencies.
We created an action plan which included developing a bespoke management development programme and identified individuals who were no longer a good fit for the company. We helped to deliver that plan, using our HR expertise to recruit new talent in key roles and we developed a suite of policies. We then took over responsibility for payroll.
