Attracting and retaining talent into social housing is challenging. We were asked to deliver a successful approach to identify and increase levels of staff engagement.
We designed, delivered and analysed an employee engagement survey. We facilitated the process to review the results and identified key areas of focus for the organisation.
Focusing on employee benefits and increasing the frequency of development discussions between staff and managers, the executive team are now committed to action and will be listening to staff feedback on a regular basis
