Our client recognised that she lacked confidence and presence. Colleagues tended to approach her deputy rather than her.
We carried out structured 360 feedback interviews and created her personality profile, along with profiles of her manager and her direct reports. We then delivered a coaching programme and arranged an image makeover.
Our client learned techniques to help cope with nerves and for handling colleagues. As a result, her profile was raised and she was soon promoted. We were then asked by two other teams to carry out a similar project.
