Newly promoted Finance Director working for a large UK Retailer

The brief

Our client had transferred from the French office, but had not established herself with her senior or immediate team.  As a result, key team members had left, morale was low and our client was overworked and very unhappy.

The process

We created a personality profile for the entire team and held a workshop. We delivered coaching for six months and supported our client to work manageable hours and set aside personal time.

The outcome

Our client’s profile was quickly raised and team retention improved significantly. The CEO acknowledged a direct link with our intervention and improved performance across the business.
