We have many years of experience managing difficult and challenging situations quickly, quietly and firmly. We can work with lawyers but rarely need to; this is an area of expertise for us.

We’ll address performance management and exit strategies, sickness absence, manage disability issues, mental health at work, forensic HR, TUPE, due diligence, business restructuring and redundancies. We’re also confident with bullying cases, including where management, not the employee, is the victim.

We provide independent, impartial, confidential support to restore relationships and avoid Employment Tribunal proceedings or costly settlements by offering mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
